GuidoAI is an AI assistant built by ImpactOrial Tech ("we", "us"). This page explains what information we collect when you use GuidoAI, why, and what choices you have.
1. Information we collect
Account details. When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and profile picture. We do not see your Google password.
Your content. The messages you send, files or images you attach, GuidoAI's replies, and your Assistant memory, tasks and reminders. These are kept in your browser. When you are signed in, your chat history, tasks and memory are also saved to our cloud storage, linked to your email address, so they appear on your other devices.
Usage details. How many messages and searches you use each day, whether you have Premium, and basic technical information (such as your IP address and browser type) that our hosting provider processes to keep the service secure and to prevent abuse.
Payment details. Payments are handled by Dodo Payments. We never see or store your card or UPI details. We receive your license key and whether it is valid, and we store the key so we can re-check with Dodo Payments that your subscription is still active.
Email preferences. If you sign in, we may email you a welcome message and occasional product updates. We record whether you are subscribed so we can honour unsubscribe requests.
2. How we use it
To run GuidoAI: sign you in, answer your messages, sync your history and apply free and Premium limits.
To confirm your Premium subscription and handle refunds.
To keep the service safe, fix problems and prevent misuse.
To send welcome and update emails. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
We do not sell your personal information.
3. Who we share it with
We use trusted service providers to run GuidoAI. They only receive what they need:
AI providers: Your messages, and any files or images you attach, are sent to AI services to write replies.
Search providers: If you use live search, your question may be sent to a search service.
Hosting and storage: Cloudflare hosts GuidoAI and stores synced data.
Sign-in: Google.
Payments: Dodo Payments.
Email: An email delivery service (Resend) sends our emails.
Please don't share sensitive information in your messages, such as passwords, bank or ID numbers, or private medical details, because your messages are processed by these outside services.
We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect the safety of our users and service.
4. How long we keep it
We keep your synced data and account records until you ask us to delete them. Some payment and license records may be kept for as long as needed for accounting, fraud prevention or legal reasons. Data stored only in your browser stays there until you clear your browser storage.
5. Your choices
Unsubscribe from update emails with the link at the bottom of any email.
Delete your data. Email us at business.impactorialtech@gmail.com from your sign-in address and we will delete your synced history, memory and email record.
Ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you by emailing us.
Sign out any time from the app.
6. Children
If you are under 18, please use GuidoAI only with the permission of a parent or guardian. If you believe a child has given us information without permission, email us and we will remove it.
7. Security and where data is processed
We use reasonable measures to protect your information, such as verified sign-in and access controls on our servers. No online service is perfectly secure. Our service providers may process data on servers outside India.
8. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. If the change is important, we will tell you inside GuidoAI or by email.
