We want you to be happy with GuidoAI Premium. This page explains how cancelling and refunds work. The free plan costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund.
Premium is a monthly subscription of ₹199 through Dodo Payments. You can cancel at any time, and you keep Premium until the end of the month you have already paid for. After that it will not renew and no further payments are taken.
If you are not happy with Premium, email us within 7 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full, no hard questions.
If you were charged twice, charged the wrong amount, or charged after you cancelled, email us and we will refund the mistaken charge in full.
Renewal payments for months you have already used are not refundable, except for the billing mistakes above or where the law says otherwise.
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Dodo Payments. Banks and cards can take around 5 to 10 working days to show the money. When a refund is made, the Premium license key for that payment stops working.
Please email us first, so we can fix the problem quickly. Your Premium access and your rights under law are not affected.
