Terms of Use

These terms are the agreement between you and ImpactOrial Tech for using GuidoAI. By using GuidoAI you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

1. What GuidoAI is

GuidoAI is an AI assistant for chat, code, writing, research and personal assistant tasks such as to-dos, reminders and memory. Replies are generated by AI services.

2. Who can use it, and your account

If you are under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission.
You sign in with Google. You are responsible for what happens under your account, so keep your Google account secure.

3. Using GuidoAI properly

You agree not to:

Use GuidoAI for anything illegal, harmful, hateful or abusive, or to create malware or help hurt people;
Try to break, overload or get around our limits, login or payment checks;
Copy, Scrape or Resell GuidoAI, or share your Premium license key with other people;
Send content you do not have the right to use.

We may LIMIT or STOP accounts that break these rules.

4. AI answers can be wrong

GuidoAI can make mistakes, make things up, or be out of date. Don't rely on it as medical, legal, financial or safety advice. Always check important facts yourself. Reminders only work while GuidoAI is open in your browser and your device allows notifications.

5. Free plan and Premium

Free: a limited number of tokens each day (currently 60,000, where a token is roughly four characters of text, counting both what you send and what GuidoAI writes). The limit and features can change.
Premium: ₹199 per month, paid through Dodo Payments, unlocks Premium features such as Research mode, Deep Check and much higher daily token limits (currently 1,000,000).
After you pay you receive a license key by email. One key works for one account. We check it with Dodo Payments from time to time, and Premium stops if the subscription ends or is cancelled.
Subscriptions renew every month until you cancel. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

6. Your content

You own what you write and upload. You allow us to process it, including sending it to the AI and search providers described in our Privacy Policy, only to run GuidoAI for you. You are responsible for your content and for making sure it is allowed.

7. Our work

The GuidoAI app, design, name and logo belong to ImpactOrial Tech. You may use them only to use the service.

8. Changes and availability

We work to keep GuidoAI running, but we do not promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change, pause or stop features, including the free plan, and we will try to give notice of big changes.

9. Ending your use

You can stop using GuidoAI any time, and ask us to delete your data. We can suspend or end your access if you break these terms or misuse the service.

10. Disclaimers and limits of liability

GuidoAI is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on AI answers. Our total responsibility to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim, or ₹1,000 if you paid nothing. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that cannot be limited.

11. Governing law

These terms follow the laws of India. Courts in INDIA will handle any disputes, unless the law gives you the right to go elsewhere.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Using GuidoAI after a change means you accept it.
